It's okay, I've done it before.

Entertaining two fangirls at the house today and we've written fic, painted pictures - well, they did, cause I'm crap at that sort of thing - played with gilitter, and eaten ice cream. (cassie_black12 is just so awesome I can't even find the words!!<-- jtsbbsps_dk wrote that.)

That's pretty much it, unless you count the foray into the overcrowded, completely mud-caked Tesco nearest me, which is also the Tesco nearest to the Reading Festival - that was hell. But the strains of Muse that wafted into the garden tonight were nice.

I've also snagged a most excellent prompt over at mini_fest, which I'm so keen to do!!!

Getting through hd_holidays, and having a great time writing it and discussing it with these poor girls whom I'm sure are sick of listening.

Just waiting for my the_ass_fest fic to get back from the Coroner, and will send it off for the second autopsy next week. Should have it submitted by next Saturday, Kitty!

In other news, *punches air* my harrydracompreg prompt has been chosen! Looking at it again, I realise one of my favourite fics is pretty much based on the same damn prompt, but hey, there can never be too much of a good thing! *headdesk*

Speaking of prompts, I've duly been over to hd_smoochfest and left my measley two prompts - TWO? What kind of censure is that? I'd prepared THREE, donchuknow? *grumbles*

And finally, can I just get a *SQUEE* for now having received half of the hd_remix submissions? They're all so good, I can't wait to post them. The rest should be coming on Sunday - hee hee, I said coming - and posting begins on 1 March, one a day, for 25 days.

Tickets to the States next spring have been booked! I'm dragging the poor, unsuspecting cassie_black12 and alovelycupoftea over with my children and me to visit my parents, friends and EVERY FANGIRL AND BOY WE CAN MEET! We'll be in Chicago (11-14 April), Kansas City (14-18 April), and the Seattle area (18-25 April), so if you're there, shout! dysonrules is forcing us to has suggested we attend NorWesCon, so that's where we'll be winding up this party.
