Right guys, stop whatever you're doing and go read my beautifully crafted Remix giftfic, The Hardest Word [G], by kjp_013. THANK YOU SO MUCH, M'DEAR!

It's a lovely heart-wrenching, sweetheart of a companion to my little ficlet, No Easy Thing, and pretty much says everything I would have wanted in a re-imaging.

My heart sank when I saw it was first-person, but I forced myself to read it despite that, and I actually did like it - I really, really hate first-person, but in this case it wasn't nearly as annoying as usual. And I'd totally forgotten the original ficlet, so it was nice to read that again!

I quite like first person, provided it's done well - and that's no easy thing. And I prefer Draco's over Harry's but it's SO hard to get right - I'm very fussy about my Draco.

This was spot on and wonderful.
