nursedarryIn the complete confusion that was Christmas Day (illness, impending in-laws' visit - yes, they're still here - and telelphone calls from everyone under the sun), I completely missed this beautiful, heart-string-pulling gem of a ficlet by the most excellent snarkyscorp.
I had asked for a bit of AS/S(!), and oh, Home for Christmas is simply wonderful.
It doesn't remind me of anyone I know at all. Nope. Not anyone (she says, having spent most of the day wrapped up in Mr Nursedarry's dressing gown).
I had specifically asked for her to post this on Christmas Day, too, and I feel like a complete twat that I missed it. Forgive me, Snarky. And if you're reading this and you're NOT Snarky, go read her fic. Right now.
