I got some amazing gifts in my Stocking at hd_seasons this year and I'll rec them as they go up on individual LJs.

THIS was fantabulous. I can't even begin to thank the author enough for reaching into my head and grabbing every effing thing I like and yanking it out to put it into this fic. It's forced-bonding but without the force. It's got snakey-talk, it's got the Malfoys, it's got a big cast, it's got hawt and awkward first-time smexing IN THE HOSPITAL WING! It's sensitive, it's angsty, it's got a lovely ending. When my husband gets home, I'm divorcing him and marrying ficreader76, because she knows me inside and out. I am a terrible friend. softly_sweetly came down for a visit expecting fun and drunken debauchery and all she got was my kids asking her how to play their new DS games every five minutes and me falling asleep at half-nine on Saturday night! I'm so sorry, Sweets - I promise to make it up to you at the hp_uk_meetup. I did, at least, introduce her to the awesomeness that is slashing Star Trek characters, so her weekend wasn't a total waste.
