I started out the day by sticking a needle into a student's arm. It doesn't get much better than that.

Hey Kilter- I feel your pain. Went to Aquafit yesterday and am paying for it now:) But I feel great. And I loved the fact that when I was feeling hottish (yes, the bits of me that weren't in the water), I could just dunk my head under. It was fun. Still have to do more toning in front of the telly tonight, though.

And I know how you feel re: periods. I had one. It finished. Three days later I went in for that X-Ray that showed the clips on my tubes were positioned fine. I came off the Pill that day. Then I had another (massive) period. So, now it's anyone's guess when the next one will be:)

And body fat is actually not the best indicator of health for fit people (which you are, medically speaking), so don't worry about that. I go by how my clothes fit more than anything else.
