He's sent loads of nice pics and his DVD diaries of the filming of the series. If you'd like to see them, I'm happy to send them to you. (I got a good deal on them, as he sent them to me when Mr Nursedarry was in Afghanistan.) Let me know if you're keen.
I haven't looked for any of the fic on A03, as I've not been reading any of those fandoms for awhile, but must get back! (I ship Sharpe/Harris), but there's others as well. And het, too, of course.

I was always more Sharpe/Harper - damn his Irish charm. God, I've got the week off next week (ish) and I can totally see myself ploughing through all the old episodes.
What het do you ship? I really don't remember many women in the show except Teresa and the second wife and Liz Hurley. And as far as I can remember (and it's a while now) it was a fairly safe bet that Sharpe always got the women in the end! Not that that stops us, obvs. *eyes Ginny and Astoria*

Am going to try to duck out of work early on Friday, so might do it then. You're welcome to hang on to them for awhile if you'd like - there's no rush getting them back to me before say, the end of Oct. I've seen them all, and will be busy with stuff before then, anyway.
JS is on Facebook (I'm pretty sure - I don't play there much), but he had a website somewhere that I found where the DVDs were for sale. There was an email address for him that I never expected to hear back from, but lo, and behold I did. (It might be because I had mentioned that I wanted to send them to hubs whilst he was deployed.) Um, no, I didn't mention the slash, though.
