Ho, ho, hospital

Not where I wanted to spend Christmas, but that's where I'll be. Evidently, I don't have exacerbation of my asthma, I either have an ulcer or it's my gallbladder. EDT: or it's renal or maybe it is respiratory after all. I've been quoted all of those now. Oy veh.

I have, at least, spent the day relatively pain-free and just about to be transferred to a surgical ward.

Hubs and kids are at in-laws and will see them before going to theatre. Nurses and docs here are brilliant, and I'm hoping to be home tomorrow eve.

I wish everyone on my flist has a wonderful holiday. Eat and drink lots for me, cause I'm nil by mouth. And completely nauseus. TMI?

Oh! Bless your heart! And all the other parts of your anatomy that obviously need some positive to happen to them. What a way to spend the holiday. Sounds like you're in pretty good spirits - despite your pain and the situation. Take care - hope you have a speedy recovery! *hugs (gently)*
