Feel free to skip this unless you're mentioned below - it was just too much to tweet.

Okay, [livejournal.com profile] sati_lotus, my wonderful friend who gets me through work with your funny emails and your hawt fic, your card and present are ready.

With inspiration taken from the lovely [livejournal.com profile] leochi and with guidance and much hand-holding from the patient [livejournal.com profile] mayfly_78 (both these ladies deserve medals, btw), I have made you a card with watercolours. It was my first attempt at this kind of thing, and boy, does it show.

The card is called "Swedish sunset" - for some reason I thought you might like that - and this is the refernce picture I used for it. (Thanks to the Googletastic [livejournal.com profile] cleo_jay and her awesome skillz for that, btw.)

Fortunately, I don't have a working scanner, and my phone takes shit pictures, so the rest of you will be spared from seeing what I have wrought.

Please try to be forgiving (or have been blinded) when it arrives.

Happily, your present - which is also Swedish - is much nicer to look at. I advise you concentrate on that.

Yay, that would be lovely! (Sorry for the late reply - being overly busy these days. ;D)

No worries - it's always lovely to hear from you :D

In fact, I just framed your gorgeous Easter things you sent for the kids.

Aww, delighted and honoured you liked those Easter thingies. <333

Lol, Easter Bunnies at Christmas are certainly fun. ;DDD
(Although I do believe that Easter Bunnies aren't that common in the UK, anyway.)
