Recession? What recession?

nursedarryI promised myself that when I got my new job, I'd spend a little money on me, not the kids, the pets, or on petrol.
I saved up for more art and new manga and today I ordered the last of them. Part of this haul is an early anniversary present (16 Aug) and some of it is to keep me entertained when Mr Nursedarry goes back to Afghanistan in November.

jtsbbsps_dk on Skype and geri_chan's fic enabling me...*cough* So, I'm now the proud owner of Vols. 1-5 of Haru Wo Daiteita (yes, Vol. 5 has that film in it:). Plus I may have bought jtsbbsps_dk's, delphipsmith's, and cassie_black's Christmas presents.

Date: 2010-08-10 05:20 am (UTC)HwD is a (quite famous) manga that is now not that easy to find in print any more. It's available in scanlation and on line, but I really wanted the hard copies. There's tonnes more, but I can't affoord (or find) them all *sad face*. Wiki has a good write up about it if you're interested. It's HAWT!!! Lots of smex and nekkidness, great stories and sweetness, too. Plus, brilliant art.
