Many Happy Birthday Wishes to [livejournal.com profile] abusing_sarcasm!

I hope you have a fantastic day! I have tried to talk the government over here into declaring a national day of celebration, but they told me that talk like that was subversive (although I'm sure half of them are closet slash fans and are just panicking:)

You have been an inspiration to get me writing again (however badly) and I'll always have a special place for you in my slashy boysecks heart of hearts. You have also contributed to my continuing good health as, because of you, I'll probably never again eat another muffin. But I'll keep reading about them!

Have wonderful day and make sure you overindulge in everything.

Love ya!

First off- hello to new friends *waves*

Next, Doug is on nights for another week, so today was my last day at the gym for a bit (am now relagated to my step and toning at home with kids trying to "help"). There was a lot of nice aircrew eye-candy at the gym today, too, so I dawdled whilst trying to convince myself I was loitering to squeeze in just another 5 more minutes... After all, it is my health I'm concerned with here, right? Feel free not to answer that.

Okay, I am SO IN LOVE with [livejournal.com profile] marguerite_26's cross-gen Seventeen series. In fact, I spent half my time at the gym listening to E-Type'sTrue Believer, because the lyrics go so well with the ship. (Don't watch the video as it's shite, just listen to the song cause it's awsome.) I never thought I'd get into any cross-gen fic, and I have to admit, this pairing just never occured to me. (You'd think I'd like c-g more as my HSU character is always robbing the cradle and in RL I'm married to a toy-boy!) But I'll let [livejournal.com profile] ladyoneill and [livejournal.com profile] kilter play with the reeeeeal oldies.

I'm trying really hard not to read anything on [livejournal.com profile] frak_spoilers until after Tuesday night, but people keep heading their posts with the title of the episodes and it's getting too tempting.

Lovely WishPuff, [livejournal.com profile] dandelow has made me some fab new icons and I'm ever so grateful (even if she doesn't appreciate the innocence of youth:) And I promise everyone at HSU, I will get the boys back from Target this week!

And finally, for [livejournal.com profile] utteramusement, I have almost finished the smuttiness, but now realise there needs to be another drabble before it for the scene to make any sense. So, I'm thinking about a subject for that and will write it as fast as I can. That bleeding smut scene took TWO FRAKKING WEEKS to write and I'm still not happy with it. This is why I only write humour and leave the good stuff to the experts.

All for now- everyone have a good week! And, bollocks, it's snowing again.
