Working for the weekend

nursedarryVery reverent here yesterday, a year on; really poignant images on the telly. Sigh...
My good deed for the week was to give the Lifeboat folks a tenner and to work out a lot.
Needed Emmy here for the hour-long power walk I had to the Station Commander's house, which happens to be at the end of the runway. I stood just under a Nimrod as it took off three times whilst flying circuits. I was listening to Eighties music although I did stop short of punching my fist into the air as "Highway to the Danger Zone" isn't on my iPod.
Oh and got lovely haircut today. Go me!
Off to do chores as I'm schlepping a drug trolley around the nursing home tomorrow eve:)
