Sorry to hear the MIL is a twat. Tell her to untwist her knickers and take a chill pill, you have MUCH more important things with which to concern yourself. And remind her that stress is bad for you.
I'm taking drugs to control heart failure is just really not the sort of thing I want to hear from my BFF. Of course, NOT taking them would be worse, so emphatically do keep taking them =:O
